Got the opportunity to speak with coach Leroy, who is a coach at Crossfit Arena Bangkok. We discussed the 10 habits you should try and avoid during the lockdown.

10 Habits

1 - Hitting the snooze button.
2 - Starting the morning with social media.
3 - Buying into media garbage, stay away, don’t buy into everything you see and hear.
4 - Wasting time, we always say oh I wish I had more time for xyz, now you do, so use that time.
5 - Not being constructive, it’s easy to waste 15min on Facebook doing a random quiz to find out what vegetable you are but how much effort do you put into researching something of actual benefit.
6 - Not having a routine, before you know it the day has passed.
7 - Not exercising, you say you don’t have time, well every time you go to the bathroom do 10 squats, go to the kitchen do 5 push-ups.
8 - Not connecting, use the time, pray, meditate, actually speak to family members, play board games.
9 - Netflix addiction, rather read, expand, grow, tv addiction leads to snacking and drinking.
10 - Letting anger, fear control is, we can’t do anything about the situation, let it be and live!
