On this episode... let's talk about erection quality and size. For many guys, they approach this as either "it's ok, I'm good, and is what it is" or "I have a problem". Basically, either "lacking" or not. However this is not the case. Just like a guy can be strong and want to be stronger with it being "I'm lacking something"... likewise a guy can work to improve/maintain erection quality and size. While there are many specific ways to improve erection quality... (and definitely a number of ways to improve size), "jelqing" is the most fundamental.
