Jonathan  Humphries is in conversation with John Wagner, an inspiration in the hospitality industry.
He has built Cycas Hospitality, which is now one of the largest white label operators in Europe with franchises from Marriott, Hyatt and IHG. His journey in Entrepreneurship started from when he was a child and he has wonderful experiences of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship along the way. This is obviously what is needed more than ever coming out of one of the worst crises that we have witnessed seen in modern history.

An intrapreneur  is a self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented people who takes the initiative to pursue an innovative product or service but does not carry all the risks since the organization absorbs his or her losses.
