"We have to start a pandemic of a different style." - Arnaud Saint-Paul
If you're wondering what that quote has to do with personal finance, this episode will give you the answer. Coming to you live from his cozy château in France, Arnaud Saint-Paul, co-founder of GIVE Nation, dissects the topics of teaching financial literacy and philanthropy to an untapped age bracket.
The award-winning software, finance and social impact entrepreneur created GIVE Nation, a community driven education platform, to help 5–18 year old’s with sustainable financial literacy and making an impact through the power of altruism.
Basically, Arnaud and his organization came up with a reward system for good behaviour that entices children to give back. This year GIVE Nation partnered with Gather, a revolutionary blockchain community, to empower its community to do the same.
On this episode, we discuss creating habits as young as 7-years-old, encouraging giving year-round (not just at Christmastime), the education system, engaging young people in personal finance, and so much more.
