On this podcast, I interview Shawn Anderson - author, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and lifetime adventurer who has walked...yes, walked... 3,000 miles across SEVEN countries in the last FIVE years...Spain, Portugal, England, Ireland, Italy, France and 750 miles around Shikoku, Japan.

Shawn talks about what it's like to keep pushing on when you've got "no go" left in you. (Shawn has also pedaled a bike solo ocean-to-ocean across the United States twice.)

Shawn is the author of 7 books and landed #1 on Amazon ranking in “Motivation” and “Self-Help” several times. He confidently believes his best books are still to be written, and best adventures yet to be taken.

We talk all about Shawn's inspiration to make these amazing treks throughout the World, his mission & passion, why we are not meant to stay in one place as humans, and how to not take life so seriously and abandon FEAR.

We also talk about “Extra Mile Day” (11/1)…a day Shawn created recognizing the capacity we each have to create positive change in ourselves, families, organizations and communities when we "go the extra mile." Sometimes all it takes to succeed BIG is taking that first SMALL step.

After this episode, I was so lit on fire with pursuing some of my own goals & passion projects in life - including doing a 100 mile walk at some point in 2020.... mark my words.

Listening to Shawn speak, you can 100% hear how much passion and energy he has for life & people in general. I encourage you to listen to this episode, give Shawn a follow on social media and check out his website to subscribe to his blog... purchase a book... or look for upcoming events!
