Everyone has a shadow side of themselves, or parts that they don't really like. We can work and work and work on these shadows, but there's still time periods in your life that you need to be hyper alert of your "shadow" behaviors popping back up. I talk about my own shadow, and what I do to try to work on changing my habits. 


Next, we talk about manifestation and visualization. Everyone thinks that this type of work is "woo-woo" and doesn't actually work. How can you just say what you want and get it? It ISN'T actually that easy with manifestation.... but it still is easy. You have to line up your intentions and mindset towards the thing that you are manifesting.
