Todays interview is with Jnana, the host of the podcast The Curious Bodhi, a runner, artist, massage therapist, yogi, and describes herself as "infinite consciousness." She is based in Portugal where she is building an off-grid Eco home. After going through not just one but THREE spiritual awakenings, Jnana found Buddhism and has an amazing story about overcoming grief and poverty.

Jnana says that being thrown into poverty is what really opened her eyes to see beyond the material into a deeper dimension of reality...

We talk about so many things, like how you ultimately have the decision on staying anxious or overcoming trauma and adversity, how everyone's journey to their higher self & a higher power is different, Dharma or your life's purpose, and how trauma can get stuck in a person's bio-field and cause physical and emotional problems.

Jnana practices zen meditation and Buddhism, and encourages finding and following your Dharma to come into alignment with yourself.

Listen to Jnana's beautiful story on how she has gotten where she is today and please listen to her podcast that can be found at TheCuriousBodhi.com
