Ep. 28 Eden Biggs on co-creating with the Universe, finding your safe space & community, and trusting your gut

Today's podcast interview is with Eden Biggs, an artist, surfer, planet-lover and one of my soul sisters. ⁣

I've known Eden since I was six years old but the Universe basically lead us back together now living thousands of miles apart. We talk more now living states away then we ever did living 50 feet away from each other - funny how the Universe works that way ;)⁣

Eden is based in Florida, and has so much knowledge and advice on "manifesting" the life that you want, and creating a safe space to overcome anxiety & trauma. She talks about the signs that she got and the instinct she had to move to JAX beach, Florida & how ultimately manifesting is really co-creating with the Universe. ⁣

We talk soooo many topics in this podcast, on how to find things that really help you to heal, whether it be through movement, art, etc. We also talk about doing things that you feel passionate about, for her this means being near the beach and water, living a Vegan lifestyle, and creative expression whether through writing, knitting, painting, drawing... ⁣
