Sinn Féin's Housing spokesperson Eoin Ó Broin joined Seán this afternoon to discuss the Mica controversy and how government and the redress scheme involved. The report on redress for Mica affected homeowners was produced during the week with recommendations for Government from the Department of Housing. Ó Broin said the affected families were deeply unhappy with the recommendations in the report and that it was a poor scheme. The Housing spokesperson of the fact that homeowners whose houses have to be demolished are not entitled to full redress.
