Charles Gallagher, Professor and Chair of the Departments of Sociology and Criminal Justice, La Salle University in Philadelphia joins Gavan to discuss the widespread civil unrest seen throughout the country.
Together they look at the possible societal sea change that might come about as a result of police brutality and a lack of accountability prevalent across the United States, and the role political leadership can play in fostering racial tensions.
