David Cullinane, Sinn Fein’s Health Spokesperson joined Gavan Reilly on On The Record to discuss the latest tension between NPHET and government and how there was a lack of cohesion between the two groups leading to a lack of clarity for the public. He spoke of the Antigen issue where there hasn't been a clear voice on the issue of whether they are necessary and fit for purpose or not. Cullinane was critical of the ''disjointed nature'' of the government and the ''incompetence on so many levels''.
