From his discussion on quitters, campers, and climbers, to his monologue on why high school sports are so important, Coach Niblett proves that winning is a byproduct of waking up and getting after it with purpose day after day after day.
In his 13 years as HC at Hoover, the Bucs have son 7 state titles, played in 9 state title games, and have never been knocked out prior to the state semifinal game.
