My guest today is my friend Lee Boyce, a fitness coach who is basically featured on every major publication when it comes to fitness and men's health. He is such a wealth of information when it comes to training the body, and we talk about how there are different types of workouts that all work best for different body types.

Lee also touches upon how he got interested in fitness and became a coach to begin with, the approach that he tends to take with his clients, how he goes about tailoring training regimens depending on his clients' body types, why and how the COVID-19 pandemic motivated him to get in better shape, and so much more! He also takes part in my frequent series of rapid-fire questions, answering questions such as what writing means to him, which of his articles he is proudest of and which one best defines who he is, what fitness has done for his life, how he goes about building an audience on social media, and more!

I really enjoy Lee's social media content, and I love the simplicity of his philosophy around nutrition and exercise. I really appreciate his time coming on to the show, and I hope that you enjoy this conversation with him. If so, then, if you aren't subscribed to the show already, please be sure to subscribe on your favorite podcast app! I would also really appreciate it if you would share the podcast with at least one other person you know who might also enjoy it and if you would leave me a five-star review! That really helps the show out!
