In today’s episode, I spoke with the “real-life wolverine,” Weam Breiche about his raw carnivore diet, which he has chosen for his health.

We discussed his bodybuilding aspirations, his typical diet, and he offered some advice on how to train in accordance with one's own goals.  Weam also shared how he handles hateful messages and remarks on social media and stressed the significance of finding the appropriate nutrition information for oneself.


WHO IS WEAM BREICHE?


Weam Breiche is a health and fitness coach from Los Angeles. He attributes his lean physique to a RAW MEAT diet that includes daily portions of brains and testicles. As a result, social media users refer to him as "the real-life Wolverine."


Weam grew up in Lebanon, where he began eating raw meat as a child, however he later switched to a plant-based diet. He thought that a vegan food plan would help to improve his physical and mental health, however Weam claims that it actually caused several health issues. After consulting with his doctor, he went back to eating raw meat, which now makes up 90% of his daily 4,500-calorie diet. He now consumes raw meat for every meal, including a raw beef smoothie for breakfast, which he flavors with salt, raw butter, and raw eggs. For lunch, he eats a variety of raw meat, including two veal testicles and one veal brain, as well as a lamb liver and a cow heart.


He is also a 100% carnivore athlete on a mission to bulk up to his classic physique weight cap, while relying on animal fat for energy.
