Hey Shayla Podcast | Ep: 028
Guest: Kaia Lacyย @lowsupplymom a certified lactation counselorย
Thank you for listening to the Hey Shayla podcast!ย Here, we love to learn new things and decide what works for us and our family. We're the moms that support instead of judge and know there are many ways to do something right.ย I'd love to connect on Instagram @heyshayla
Low supply can be such a challenging time for so many women. There is so much more attached to it than just having low supply.ย I was lucky to have, Kaia, a certified lactation counselor, on to talk about her journey with low supply, specifically insufficient glandular tissue for her. She defines the different kinds of low supply and some solutions to increase supply (if possible). She discusses the personal and mental aspects of having a low supply and then what the options are, HINT: itโs not just โtry harderโ or formula fed.
