116: HERself Expert Karrie Locher on Building Confidence in Your Own Journey

Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s exhausting and hard at the same time, and we’d be lying if we said it was always easy raising children. Today’s expert guest is Karrie Locher, who is someone that faces these struggles and openly shares about them so that she can help others on their journey.

We see a lot of Karrie on Instagram where she has a large following, but we’re so excited to dive into her behind-the-scenes here so that we can all get to know her a bit better and hear more about her life with 4 precious kiddos and her husband. We’ll cover some of the topics that she’s so well known for as a postpartum RN with nearly a decade of experience caring for moms and babies, and more recently she furthered her credentials and became a certified lactation consultant as well.
