In this special Wheel of the Year episode I discuss Mabon, or as some prefer to call it, the Autumn Equinox. Mabon is the 2nd harvest festival on the Wheel of the Year, and is celebrated on the 21st of September. I talk about Mabon's origins in many different harvest celebrations around the world, how it got its controversial name, and touch on why this information is important for modern pagans/witches/wiccans to be aware of. I share Mabon correspondences, symbols, and themes, and share easy and simple ways that you can celebrate Mabon at home. I close out the show with a recipe from Otherworldly.com that you can change to reflect the seasonal produce in your local market.

Check out my Mabon Blend, which features cinnamon and other fall flavors to draw the energies of the season into your life.
