In this special Wheel of the Year episode I discuss Lughnasadh (Lammas). Often overlooked, this Sabbat is the first of the harvest festivals on the Wheel of the Year. I share a brief history of both Lughnasadh and Lammas, and talk about the special magick of this time of year. Learn a few of the correspondences, symbols, and themes of this celebration so that you can meditate on the meaning of the Sabbat. Most importantly, I share several easy, simple, and realistic ways to celebrate August 1st with by yourself or with others (even if you aren't out of the broom closet). I also share my own Rosemary Bread Recipe that you can easily make for the Sabbat.
Make sure to check out my special Lughnasadh Blend of Enchanted Herbal Tea. Fruity and full of late summer energy, use this tea in your Lughnasadh celebrations and rituals! Available through the month of August.
