In the last episode, Episode #43, we looked at how rest is an innate, visceral part of being human and how we need to reset ourselves to be able to tap into our natural instincts of rest.

Now we’re going to experience rest with an easy mindfulness breathwork meditation that you can do anywhere. 

Nhat Hanh says that relaxation is essential for accessing the tranquility and joy that lead to increased personal well-being and that “If we can’t rest, its because we haven’t stopped running” – running the body and the mind. So in this mediation, we’re going to calm both.
