Today’s problem affects 100% of people, and it’s getting worse every year, and affecting younger and younger as the problem grows. In fact, we have now gotten to a point where the number of people and amount of money available to solve the problem may not be enough. That’s why it’s so important for all of us to learn how we can help.

The problem is stress, and the mental, emotional, and physical toll that it takes on our bodies, lives, and relationships. Just a couple of episodes ago, we talked about self care, and the ways our bodies talk to us when it is in need of TLC. Today’s show is about one of the solutions: mindful meditation.
