I’m Heather Fuselier, and my friends call me Healthy Heather, because I’m a board-certified health coach and author of Happy Healthy You: Breaking the Rules for a Well-Balanced Life. 


But I haven't always been Healthy Heather. I used to be overweight, undernourished, stressed out, and fed up. I felt like I did everything "right" and I worked so hard, but I could never get ahead. In fact, twice I found myself in the emergency room with symptoms of exhaustion. When I overheard a doctor tell my husband that he would admit me unless convinced that I would take better care of myself, I knew something had to change.


I’m a hard worker, a big dreamer, and what some might call an over-achiever. But until I learned how to live in balance, my life swung from one extreme to the other. I wanted the intense drive and ambition that I had inside of me to lead to big places, but instead I had developed an eating disorder and a life being quickly burned at both ends.


So I began to learn how to focus my energy. I started using the immense power inside of myself differently, and I gained purpose and vision in my life. I worked hard, and I worked smart. And, in 2011, I left my comfortable and safe career and finally stepped into who I was meant to be. Now I teach others how to do the same, through my books, this podcast, and relationships with my clients.
