Living in balance is an art - part planning, part visioning, and part adapting in the moment.

In this episode, I talk with fellow entrepreneur Adam Kaye to discuss how he creates balance in the midst of building a family-owned business focused on creating an art space from 200,000 square feet on almost 20 acres of land across 3 separate locations within the city's urban core.

His path began when he inherited a warehouse complex at the age of 16 upon the passing of his mother. Today his community consists of almost 150 creative micro businesses, artists, galleries, shops, restaurants, & non-profits. Through his collaboration with the community and local government, a walkable, bike-able, live/work/play urban corridor is emerging where diversity, inclusion, creativity, and commerce converge.

And listen to hear our conversation about how he seeks, finds, and creates balance.
