Simon Kennedy is a Husband, Father, Comedian, Author and Voice over artist. Kind and generous. Talented and gifted.  He also is an inspiration. Overcoming a traumatic event that was played out in public. His beautiful Mother, Yvonne passed away  in the attacks on September 11, 2001. He was determined not to let this event define him or eat away at him. Simon talks on The Heart Muscle about how he went about making sure his heart remained full and how he found peace.
