Nicola Waller is one of our unsung heroes. Nicola runs her own barbershop, has three boys and still finds time to run two of our Haircuts4Homeless projects in Southend on Sea and Shoeburyness.

We had a great conversation about being a woman in the very male dominant barber world, and what motivates her to help people. It was funny, interesting and emotional and made me realise even more how special she is.
