Right now, during the COVID-19 global pandemic, we are in the throes of constant change on the largest scale we have ever experienced as human beings on the planet.
This is probably the most intense and profound change we will experience or witness in our lifetime.  There isn’t much across the world that hasn’t changed!
Of course, at the top of the list of changes is social interaction.  But we have also experienced changes in travel, education, housing, shopping, healthcare and work environments to name a few.
Where there is change there is tension.  The tension between stability and change is natural, universal and a fundamental element of life.  It is always present and in times of crisis like COVID-19, the tension can be intense.
In what way are you feeling the tension?
In this episode we explore the tension and interdependent relationship between stability and change at the personal or individual level and how to establish some stability during these times of unprecedented change.
This is especially important if you are an overwhelmed healthcare leader who feels like there is “no gravity”, is trying to keep staff and patients safe, and at the same time is responding to daily changes in processes, infrastructures, and policies.
Managing this tension brought on by unprecedented change is a key element in not only surviving but thriving as a leader during this pandemic.Register for our FREE three-part webinar series Rising Up Above the Crisis as a Resilient Healthcare Leader beginning May 6th.
