We know leaders continue to experience numerous Covid surges, staffing shortages, increasing demands on their work, and other challenges that have kept the work intensity high that causes fatigue leading to exhaustion and burnout.
In fact, most healthcare leaders continue to experience pain from the stress and work overload they deal with every day and trying to balance everything on their plates.
In this podcast, we introduce the concept of “margin” in four areas in our lives to achieve balance and some of the underlying polarities.
