Luanne earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice with an emphasis on health systems leadership from Grand Valley State University.
Scott is a Professor of Human Services at Grace Christian University. Scott was a clinical supervisor & therapist at Lutheran Child & Family Service of Michigan from 2000 to 2010.
In this podcast, Luanne and Scott share the importance of having a polarity mindset for leaders and how this intelligence can bring hope to our work environments.
We also talk about some of their motivations to look at bullying with a polarity thinking lens, their experiences with polarities, and how they applied them in their works.
