On this episode we tackle a question I get ALL THE TIME.  What makes up good running form?  Is it your cadence, arm swing, where your foot is landing?  Maybe all or some of the above?? :). We will tackle 5 must haves that make up running.  If you are missing some of these important parts of your running form, than you may have a lot of opportunity to fix your running form, decrease aches and pains, and become a better runner!
