As a fine art photographer, mindfulness practitioner, and certified breathwork instructor, Sterling teaches and curates workshops and retreats to guide people in an exploration and reconnection to self. Through her work rooted in the Pacific Northwest and internationally, Sterling supports people in their evolution with the tools of breathwork, EFT tapping, meditation, art creation, and energy work. Her goal is to bring people back to the simplicity and grace of nature, to realize their inner power and that they too are a work of art!
