Its been a challenging year. We are all on different journeys called life.  Not everyone can be positive and go forward with the new year.  Some feel broken emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically also heavy hearted and don't feel strong moving forward.  
Three tips to mend your broken heart: journal your thoughts and feelings, tap into your higher power and spiritual well-being, and listen to music. Need to release our sadness, anger, or frustration with the situation or circumstance. Tears are an unspoken way of connecting with ourselves.  These are not a quick fix to mending your heart.  Yet we can progress at our own pace to gain hope for ourselves from moment to moment.  You can exist and that is enough.
