My SHERO Mei Castro

Thankful to interview my SHERO Mei Castro an amazing wahine, woman, mompreneur, and mom boss from the Waianae Coast, Oahu.  Mei is more like a sistah aka to me from the late 1990’s when I resided on Oahu. She is passionate, loyal, and she speaks the truth in love. I’m truly grateful for her friendship MEI taught me to be a strongman.

Mei is born and raised in Kalihi and she moved to Waianae almost 30 years ago to raise her kids where they could grow up having friends that would their friends for them and not who their dad is. She divorced and remarried and had her last child. Her hubby recently went to jail and she had to raise her youngest son on her own. Many heart breaks but God always pulled her up from heavy life situations. Life isn’t perfect but she’s happy and healthy. God has truly blessed her life. Next chapter in her life is scary but, exciting. She gets to live for herself now.
