Grief Uncovered featuring writer Alex Zappala

Alex Zappala became a parentless daughter since age 15 🌼 She is currently pursuing her Counseling Psych EdM, and is a LMHC in training .  

She gained the motivation to writing authentically on early loss and grief to relate to others who are on the journey through grief or helping people experiencing grief.  When she was preparing for her wedding it was then she realized how difficult the topic of grief was and desired to create a dialogue through her writing. Her older sister was instrumental in her transition when she became parentless. She deeply cares and is connection with an amazing grief community.  She is in the process of publishing her very first book.
