Carb cycling, simply put, is alternating a ketogenic diet with a carbo loading diet. It is commonly used by elite athletes to optimize their lean body mass between athletic events with carbo loading just prior to an event. This can work with either a marathon or a boxing match. The question I'm posing here is: will it work as a long-term weight loss regimen?
Recently I did a podcast episode on the ketogenic diet. It's episode 191 and you can find it here.
