In this episode Mrs Heal and myself talk about different methods to relieve stress during these difficult days in our world. I do have to apologize on the audio for me. For some reason as the show progresses I become more distant which is a bit annoying and mic will have a tendency to cut in and out and I apologize for that. We'll fix that for next time.
