Circulation drink - one-half teaspoon of cayenne pepper powder, two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar, and one tablespoon of blackstrap molasses in a cup of water.

Golden milk -  Add one teaspoon of turmeric to one cup of milk, I personally like oat milk and a bit of honey to taste.
