Many people are afraid to make changes in their life or create healthier boundaries because they are afraid they will lose love or they do not want to disappoint others. Instead they self-sacrifice their own lives and happiness so they don’t rock the boat. 

Our volunteer, Julie, is so sweet and caring. She is feeling overwhelmed in life. She’s got a lot on her plate caring for others.
