Fast forward to 2023, where TammyRenee, grappling with the loss of three family members in a month, questioned the efficacy of the mental health sector in coping with profound grief. Leveraging her own journey of self-discovery, she emerged stronger, offering mentorship, poetry, lectures, and courses to guide others in breaking through emotional barriers and discovering their authentic aspirations.
