Jared Goodrich, a newly found resident took the dive into making a 25 page "History of the Halloween Parade". Here is just a little taste of what happened within the first couple years, hopefully more is to come. Because it is hard to really describe a parade anyways, we also took a peek at Jared's Comic Shop, Night Legion Comics LLC. Located on Woodstock Ave in Rutland, right next door to Awesome Graphics. Jared also shares his views on the paranormal, some experiences and weirdest story he has heard.
