"In June of 1996 I woke up in a hospital bed, stripped to the waist with an IV in my arm. I had no idea how I got there."

Mark is a person in long term recovery. 26 years.

Today Mark uses his lived experience and his education to help others.

"I graduated in June with a degree in sociology (honours) and a certificate in criminology and addictions."

What is he doing now? You'll have to tune in and find out.

"We're going to have to make sure we say a disclaimer before I start. I have some pretty strong opinions as to how our systems are run, and I won't be quiet about it."

Don't miss this one friends as we go from hopeless all the way to the front lines of advocacy this week right here,
