This is a pretty specific episode about my diet and how I've gotten to this point on my journey of healing my relationship with food. I give a little back story on when my struggles with food and body image started but I have a whole episode dedicated to that in episode 2 of my podcast, so I would recommend going back and giving that a listen for more background. I discuss being vegan for about a year and reasons I liked and disliked it, but ultimately how I decided to continue on with no labels on my diet for a number of reasons.
