Do you have single people in your life? Are you the single in the church and you need a different layer of care in the pandemic? You are not alone. We are all stretched in different ways, and those who live alone are feeling extra lonely and often extra on the outside of church. Stick with us today, and we’ll cover how we can be mindful of that and care for the needs of our single brothers and sisters.

Welcome to Happy & Holy, the podcast about creating biblical community with intimacy and integrity wherever you find yourself in location or in life. I’m your host, Kate Boyd, and I’m so glad you’re here. Joining me today to talk about creating a church where single people flourish (even in a pandemic) is Holly Stallcup.

Holly is the Executive Director and founder of Rise, a community working toward the Church being the best place to be a woman. Rise is building a long table where diverse women can connect, be equipped & lead. People are her passion. Rest for her is hot tea, good books, painted nails & delicious food shared with good people. She lives with her beloved dog Jack in Fort Worth, Texas. And boy, do we go deep in today’s conversation. I know I loved talking with Holly, and hopefully you’ll leave as inspired as I did.
