Take a look at your protein intake for the day.

If you are using MyFitnesPal it is easy to see what you are eating for protein. I leave my protein percentage at 30 and this is the number I watch most closely.

If you are not getting enough protein, some tricks to get more into your diet is to mix egg whites into your oatmeal. (It makes it like a custard!) See below for link to the recipe.

For dessert, make a custard and use more egg whites and Greek yogurt mixed with oats for breakfast instead of just oatmeal
