Jesse gets asked about his morning routine often. Today, he’s sharing 7 basics that he does every day.  First thing upon waking up, Jesse drinks 30-40 ounces of hydrogen water.  That’s before coffee or anything. Once he’s hydrated and ready to go, Jesse takes a walk.  He stacks other habits on his walk, such as taking time to pray and listen to worship music. He likes to have a goal review each day and asks himself if what he’s doing is getting him closer to his goals.  He also does something called a daily reframe. Furthermore, he thinks it’s important to learn, listen, and read something each day.  We should always be learning and investing into our lives. Just hearing these habits won’t help you.  You need to discover your goal, and reverse engineer to find what habits will get you closer to where you want to be.
