Today we are talking about habits and transformation with special guest Dr. Dave Heitmann, CEO of Authentic, a company that aims to boost energy and productivity through daily habits and mindset.  As a young kid, Dr. Heitmann wanted to grow up to be a pro-NFL player.  He would skip school to study Muscle & Fitness magazines at his local library.  He didn’t quite make the NFL, instead becoming a chiropractor and overworking himself into bad health.  Through it all, he discovered that health is about mindset and daily habits.  Through these avenues, he turned his health around and has since dedicated his life to the coaching space so that he can help others to achieve the same.  He explains how 90 days is the sweet spot needed to make a goal a habit.  We’re all capable of significant changes with the right mentality.
