For the past few weeks Jesse and his wife have been doing a marriage reset program.  One part of it was a strength finding exercise that really stuck with Jesse.  He says it was cool to learn his strengths and explore them deeper.  He’s noticed how a lot of his strengths complimented his spouse; there’s a reason opposites attract.  He did learn that his number one strength is competition, and he’s sharing how he uses that as a strategic advantage in both business and life.  People will often tell you to work on your weaknesses but Jesse disagrees.  He urges others not to focus too much there and instead more on growing their strengths further.  In business, you can always bring in others to compliment your strengths and fill in for your weaknesses.
