Mistakes happen. We all make them from time-to-time. Generally speaking, most mistakes aren’t that big of a deal in-and-of themselves. They only become a big deal when no one wants to take ownership of the mistakes that were made. This became a huge issue this week when taking in my wife’s new car to get some custom work done. When we received the car back from the shop, it was clear the work we paid for was less than stellar. After confronting the shop about it, no one wanted to be held accountable for the situation.
