As you stand by the river, observe the water's continuous flow, like the passage of time itself. Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment, letting go of any thoughts of the past or worries about the future.
With each breath you take, imagine the river's current washing away any tension or negativity, leaving you feeling lighter and more at peace.
As you continue to breathe deeply, notice any sounds around you, the chirping of birds or rustling leaves. Embrace these natural sounds and let them guide you into a state of relaxation.
Now, bring your awareness back to your breath. Feel the rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale. Let your breath be your anchor, keeping you rooted in the present moment.
As you bask in the tranquility of the "River of Eternity," take a few more moments to simply be, to exist in this space of stillness and peace.
