Today we start with a breathing exercise to get the oxygen to flow throughout your body.

Become body aware and acknowledge all the sensations your body uses as communication with you.

As you begin to lift up and expand your consciousness you are able to rise above the Earth. Become the observer and float through space and orbit the Earth.

Enter a portal and allow your senses to guide you to the Temple of answers. Your guides are with you and there is guidance within.
