This meditation is about allowing ourselves, giving ourselves permission to stay positive and happy, when we worry about others to such a point where we get into a dark place where we cannot function physically and emotionally. This meditation is about letting ourselves know it’s okay to bring joy to yourself when we are worried about others so that we can uplift ourselves, our physiology through this meditation, and can be there for others who need our love and support the most. Allowing ourselves to be joyful so that our loved ones do not have to worry about us. This meditation is about awakening our inner love and joy and blissfulness which is our true nature that gets clouded by worries caused by external influences. It’s about announcing our trillions of cells to be happy and not to worry, allowing them to store in their memory. It’s about calming our mind chatter with this positive affirmation. It’s about connecting to mother earth and feeling grounded, connected, and supported. Ultimately meditation is a way to touch base to our inner silence, which is the true source of infinite creativity, infinite potentiality, infinite connectedness, peace, love, and blissfulness, and to manifest the same in our lives.
