Why do I have to wait to experience joy and happiness in life simply because I haven’t reached the pinnacle of success that I’m shooting for? And why does the climb to that pinnacle have to be done in pain? It doesn’t! …And on this episode Dr. Lopez and I are going to walk you through why that train of thought is a lie.
